Not sure where to begin?

That’s common.

You don’t need the right words, just a sense that something isn’t quite right.

What feels closest to you right now?

When your body doesn’t feel like it used to, it can feel unsettling.

You might be noticing pain, changes or things that don’t quite make sense.

You don’t need to figure it out alone.

I’m Kim, a specialist physiotherapist with over 25 years experience in pelvic health, sports injury, MSK issues, rehabilitation and movement. I work with EVERY BODY online or in clinic

Together, we make sense of what’s going on and find a clear, practical way forward.

You don’t need to choose perfectly.
We’ll assess everything properly and guide you from there.

START WITH AN ASSESSMENT

MENOPAUSE MOT

For when your body feels different and you’re not sure what’s driving it.

This isn’t just about symptoms.

It’s a focused, whole-person assessment of your pelvic health, movement, and midlife changes helping you connect the dots between what you’re feeling and what’s actually going on.

You leave with clarity, a plan, and a way forward that feels manageable.

For some women, this becomes the starting point for deeper, more personalised support.

MUMMY MOT

For after pregnancy and birth; whether vaginal or C-section, from 6 weeks to a few years.

Time to properly check in with your body, ask questions, and understand how you’re recovering.

This is a thorough assessment of your pelvic floor, abdominal wall, bladder, bowel, and movement, helping you make sense of any symptoms, concerns, or uncertainty.

You leave with clear answers, practical guidance, and a personalised plan to support your recovery with confidence.

For many women, this is the point where they begin to feel back in control of their body again.

PHYSIOTHERAPY CONSULTATION

For when something doesn’t feel right and you want to feel better.

A full, individual assessment of your symptoms, movement, and function including pelvic health concerns (such as pelvic pain, bladder or bowel symptoms, post-surgical recovery) as well as back, neck, sports and musculoskeletal injuries, for both women and men.

Time to talk things through properly, ask questions, and make sense of what’s going on.

You leave with clear answers, a focused treatment plan, and practical next steps to help you move forward.

Ongoing support for your spine and pelvic health

“It’s all so good for my body”

Spine & Pelvic Strength Club

For when pain, stiffness, or tension keeps returning  or you want to feel stronger and more confident in your body.

A physiotherapy-led, structured programme combining strength, mobility, and breathwork to support your spine, pelvis, and overall movement.

Designed to help you build consistency, resilience, and ease in everyday life.

Women’s Health & Therapeutic Coaching

For times in your life when things are shifting and you need space to pause, think clearly, and move forward.

This is deeper, one-to-one work over 6 or 12 sessions.

We explore what’s happening in your body, your thoughts, emotions, and patterns shaped by your lived experience so you can understand yourself more clearly and make changes that actually hold.

A space to reconnect with yourself, trust your body and your decisions, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

A Simple Next Step

You don’t need to wait until things feel worse.

If something doesn’t feel right, starting early often makes things easier to understand and address.

If you’re unsure where to begin, start with an assessment.
We’ll guide you from there.
